We have three country, three star rated self-catering holiday cottages that are perfect for short breaks, weekly lets and in the case of Saddlery and Hillside Cottages, out of season Winter lets.

Situated in North Norfolk, all three are within easy reach of the coast and feature ample parking space; Laneway, in particular, is ideal for birdwatchers. As a bonus, all three cottages have good local pubs that serve good food and ales

All three of our cottages have bedrooms on the ground floor, but Saddlery and Laneway Cottages are particularly ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs as they have ground floor bathrooms.

All of the cottages have fenced gardens for privacy, and the facilities are extensive. All three feature a high level of furnishing - even dishwashers! Naturally, all have heating and logs are provided for those Winter nights.
